Villa Horizonte was built with sustainability at its core: a 10,000-liter rainwater collection system supplies all non-potable needs, solar panels on the roof cover roughly 80% of electrical consumption, and the native garden requires no irrigation. The composting system feeds raised organic vegetable beds that come with the property.
